Proforma for Overseas and International Visits to the HSE

The Health and Safety Executive welcomes the exchange of expertise between countries throughout the international community. However, we are unable to accommodate all the visit requests due to the assignment of resources and other prior commitments. If you would like the HSE to consider a visit, please complete this proforma to ensure that a visit/programme is properly targeted to your needs. The HSE needs six weeks from the date of receipt of the proforma for a visit to be arranged. We recommend that before doing so you look at the HSE website at www.hse.gov.uk specifically the strategies and plans sections.
